  • FVHS FBLA Attend and Place at the 2015 National Leadership Conference and Competition in Chicago
The Fuquay-Varina HS chapter of FBLA attended the 2105 FBLA National Leadership Conference and Competition in Chicago, Illinois June 28 - July 3. Over 11,000 students, advisors and guests attended the conference, making it the largest in FBLA history. At the conference students competed in over 50 events and attended informative business workshops and lectures. Seven students from FVHS represented our school and community while competing in four different events (Business Math, Partnership with Business, Digital Design & Promotion and Personal Finance). Their hard work and dedication paid off as our chapter earned two top finishes and trophies. The winning students were: Malcolm Byron (sixth in Business Math) and Eleanor Bethea and Becca Olsen (eighth in Partnership with Business)  For the second year in a row, FVHS was the only school from North Carolina to earn top ten finishes and trophies in multiple events at the FBLA National Leadership Conference. Congratulations to all our students that attended the conference this year. We are proud of all of them.
