  • From the desk of Mr. Gilewicz | Welcome Back

    This is Ed Gilewicz, principal at Baucom Elementary, with a brief announcement in preparation for the Baucom Elementary 50th Anniversary Year! Our bell schedule has changed a bit this year. The instructional day will be from 9:15 to 3:45. School will open for students at 8:45, with carpool running from 8:45 to 9:10. Safety Patrol and Baucom Staff will leave carpool duties promptly at 9:10 a.m. This will ensure that all staff and students are in classrooms at 9:15. Dismissal will now be 3:45, 10 minutes later than last year. Class lists will be posted at the front entrance Thursday, August 20th after 6:00 p.m Please visit our school website for Class Supply Lists and other important information. The Baucom PTA will be holding a general meeting this coming Tuesday, August 11th at 6:00 p.m. The PTA vision, budget and schedule of events will be reviewed and discussed. All Baucom parents are encouraged to attend.
