Week of May 18-22

Good afternoon Trailblazers,

  • Tomorrow. we will have our Saturday Make up day from 8:45AM-12:45PM.  There will not be lunch or breakfast served so please send in a snack with your child.  If you plan to change your child’s transportation, send a note to the teacher with the changes.
  • Banks Boomers will be performing at Pullen Park at 2:30PM tomorrow during the WCPSS's Letterland Day.  It is a fun event that the entire family would enjoy.   A huge thank you to Ms. LaPlace for continuing to keep the arts as an important focus at Banks by involving our kids in so many worthy activities.
  • A huge thank you goes out to all of our parents, Mrs. Ross and the PTA for the support, gifts, and food you provided for Teacher Appreciation Week!  The Banks Road staff is extremely fortunate to have such a supportive and caring community.
  • Kindergarten Orientation on Tuesday from 6::00-7:00PM in our Multipurpose Room.
  • Our Human Growth and Development session will be held for Fifth Grade parents on Tuesday at 8:15AM. Teachers will send home specific information relating to this session.

That’s it Trailblazers!  All of this information will be posted on the school website.  Please call the school with any questions.
