The Board of Education approved the following changes at its Oct. 21, 2025, meeting: 

Principal

• Marie Palmer, Principal at Brooks Magnet Elementary to principal at Rolesville Elementary

Interim principal

• Tina Zarzecki, Retiree to interim principal at Brooks Magnet Elementary 

Assistant principals

• Ashantae Brooks, Applicant to assistant principal at Knightdale High
• Ryan Williams, Senior administrator of school climate to assistant principal at Knightdale High

Interim assistant principals

• Dwayne Bissette, Retiree to interim assistant principal at Fuquay-Varina High
• Larry Andrew Livengood, Retiree to interim assistant principal at Herbert Akins Road Middle 
• Camille Miller, Retiree to interim assistant principal (50%) at Herbert Akins Road Elementary
• Catherine Yanello, Retiree to interim assistant principal at York Elementary
