Principal Message February 4, 2024

Dear Dragon Families,

We are officially in the second half of the school year! The kids have been working hard so far this year. Quarter 3 brings the most challenging quarter of the year. The content picks up, long periods before breaks, and the weather. Continue to stay in tune with what your students are working on and their progress. Report Cards were sent home, Friday, February 2. As a reminder, the Parent Portal is always the best way to stay current with how your student is performing.

Also, it is National School Counselor’s Week – Please take a moment and thank your child’s counselor. Our counselors are not only a source of academic advice but also serve as pillars of emotional support, mentors, and advocates for our students. They contribute significantly to the overall well-being of our school community, addressing challenges and promoting resilience among our students. Whether it's through a simple thank-you note, a small token of appreciation, or a kind word, let's make sure they feel the recognition they deserve for their hard work and dedication.
