Students, please check your school Outlook email and other established classroom platforms for communication from your teachers daily.
Please email teachers with any questions regarding class codes or how to access classwork. To find your teacher's email search for their name in the directory.

Students only use Outlook in the WakeID portal . (Students do not have Gmail accounts.)

Technology Support for families
Please direct questions related to classwork and/or class codes to your teacher. Only technology support questions should be submitted to the Help Desk.
- Contact the Help Desk through the online system at StudentTechHelp.wcpss.net.
- Call our Help Desk at 919-694-8100 (the HelpDesk will be staffed to take calls weekdays from 7:00am -5:00pm)
Zscaler Notices for Students on Devices
Our district uses an Internet filter called Zscaler to block inappropriate websites while students use their WCPSS account. If students see this message, they need to log in with their full WCPSS WakeID (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org) and follow the on-screen prompts.

If you need a device or WiFi for remote learning purposes, please email your 2nd period teacher to let them know.
