Feb 15-19: VA & 2B-PE; 1A & 3C-Fitness

Cohort 2B: Welcome back to the building! This week you will be in the gym doing cardio drumming! This activity will really get your heart rate going while having fun!


Cohorts 1A & 3C: This week you are in fitness focusing on SMART goals. You will create 2 SMART goals. One for your fitness journal (set a new minute minimum you want to reach each week) and one a personal goal. You will also create a schedule for each of your goals so you can map out what needs to be done in order for you to achieve that goal. I will help walk you through these goals in our live Google Meet on Monday.


VA: This week you are in PE and learning about 3 Winter Olympic sports: curling, biathlon, and hockey! It will be a class competition and you will have an opportunity to earn a fitness journal pass if you medal in any of the 3 sports!! Good luck this week, Olympians!
