Mid-week Check-in

Many of you may be overwhelmed at the moment.  I recommend that you look at how these resource challenges below can help you manage your anxiety and workload as we continue remote learning.  Have you heard of the quote "Failing to prepare is preparing to fail."?  Well, look it up. What do the attributed originators of that quote have in common?  This would be a time to follow their wisdom and make a plan.  For you all, a plan can be a schedule.  Make a schedule for your day and then use that as an artifact/evidence for mental/emotional health.  Keep it simple!
