Who is eligible?
- The student plans to major in an area of the fine arts.
- Open to any student who is currently graduating from an accredited public high school in North Carolina and who expects to enroll in a four-year college or university next fall.
- Academic rank in top 20% of class, good character and participation in extra-curricular activities (school and community).
- Minimum SAT score of 1220 or ACT composite score of 25
