Walk to School Day:

Tomorrow is National Walk to School Day and HES is participating!

• Bus riders will be dropped off at the middle school.  Our staff will greet students at the middle school and escort them to HES.
• Carpoolers are encouraged to be dropped off at Smith Creek Soccer Center (690 Heritage Lake Road) beginning at 7:55 a.m.  Our staff will greet students at the soccer fields and escort them to HES. Parents are strongly encouraged to walk with their students if possible. Walkers from Smith Creek will begin walking at 8:15.
• Remaining at School – We will have limited staff at school to greet any student not participating.

• We all plan to convene on the back soccer field at 9:00 a.m. for the Pledge of Allegiance, Star Spangled Banner by our chorus and message from WF Mayor, Vivian Jones.
• Come show your HES spirit and wear your spirit wear or school colors.  Dress in layers as it will be cool in the morning.
