Parent Feedback Survey:
We want to learn more about you and your child’s experiences at Heritage Elementary School. We are administering a school wide family survey! Your responses on this survey will be anonymous and only reported in combination with other responses. No one will be able to see individual responses from any parent or guardian. This survey provides families the opportunity to provide valuable information for your school and a high-quality data source for future planning and School Improvement.
The survey has been translated into various languages; Spanish, Arabic, French, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese in an effort to provide accessibility to all families in Wake County Public Schools. The survey administration language can be chosen by families before taking the survey.
The survey link is here: http://surveys.panoramaed.com/wakecounty/family
When you get to the survey homepage use the dropdown box to choose Heritage Elementary School. The survey will close on May 6th, 2022.
We highly encourage all families to participate in this survey so that we can best support the students and families here at HES!
