Magnet, Early College and Crossroads FLEX Virtual Fair Nov. 6
The virtual Magnet, Early College and Crossroads FLEX Fair will be held Saturday, Nov. 6 from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration link. The application period for Early Colleges and Crossroads FLEX High School is open now through Dec. 14. The application period for magnet and/or year-round schools is open now through Jan. 27. 

Needs Assessment:

Each school social worker has many resources to assist families with a variety or needs: housing, food, medical needs, and/or upcoming holidays.  Please complete this survey indicating needs. Our school social worker, Samantha Quiel will review and reach out to you.

Absences and Tardies:

We would like to give everyone a friendly reminder that if your child is absent from school or tardy, they will need to return with a note explaining why they were not at school for the absence/tardy to be excused. You can also email your student’s teacher if you know when your student will be absent or tardy. If you would like a brief note to send in with your student, you can print this form here:



Hurricane Hustle has been moved to Spring 2022! Stay tuned for more info on this fundraiser in the new year!

Nov 16 is Spirit Night at Chipotle from 4-8pm (off Retail Dr near Target). 33% of proceeds come back to HES!

We will be bringing back Teacher Gift Wrapping this year!  Stay tuned for how you can help and volunteer time to wrap presents for the teachers this holiday season
