Principal Message the Week of April 24, 2022

April 24th

Good afternoon Davis Drive Elementary families,

I hope you all were able to enjoy the beautiful weekend. Saturday was a very special day at DDES, as we had our very first Earth Day Celebration! Thank you to all the parents, staff, and students that came out to help plant, clean up campus, and celebrate our Earth. I so wished I could have been there! Our DDE Dolphins are making the world better one step at a time and through the sneaker drive we collected well over 500 pairs of sneakers to be recycled! Thank you to everyone for your donations and this will now be a yearly event. Click on the link below to watch a video of some of our DDE changemakers letting people know one way we are trying to help our Earth.

Due to COVID restrictions, however, space is limited to 20 DDES families per month.  If you are interested in attending our next Family Night on May 4th at 6 pm, please complete this interest form - https://forms.gle/pXAqxFwavHwFyk5PA
