These forms will be submitted and checked at a mandatory "ticket 2 play" meeting after school on the first day of school Monday August 26 from 3:15-4:30. Student pickup will occur at 4:30PM in the back parking lot of the school (where the softball field is located)
Once it is determined that students have met elgibility for grades/attendance and turned in the required participation forms, students will receive a ticket 2 play wristband
Please carefully review the athletics website for more information about the ticket 2 play
