Football & Cheer Summer Workouts

Players should be dropped off and picked up at the carpool lane adjacent to the football field and they need to bring their own water.
 
Parents and athletes - please note that physical and medical eligibility forms need to be filled out prior to being eligible for these dates. These should be completed and on-file in dragonfly.

Cheer
 
Pre-Season workouts are an opportunity to work on individual skills while also receiving guidance on technique and motions. During these pre-season workouts, we will focus on key components that you can expect to see at tryouts. For example, learning jumps, motion control, stunts, and cheers. 
 
 
Pre-Season workouts for OMMS Cheer - Summer 2022
 
Tuesdays 11:15-12:30. 
 
Starting July 19th for all rising 7th and 8th graders.
 
Please make sure all rides are on time and you have an updated physical on file through dragonfly.
