EOG Volunteer Information

eog volunteers

If you volunteered to help with the 23-24 EOGs, please see the information below.  Thank you!

Lunch Volunteers:

These jobs are extremely important in helping us maintain a secure and peaceful testing environment for all students.  The more volunteers we have, the fewer times we have to pull an Instructional Assistant or other Support Staff to help.  That means more time in their classroom supporting our younger students!

Even if you don’t have a child that is taking the 3rd, 4th or 5th Grade EOG you can still help!

IN ORDER TO VOLUNTEER YOU MUST HAVE A BRIEF TRAINING ABOUT TESTING PROTOCOLS & PROCEDURES.

1. Attend an in-person OR virtual training.

Track 2, 3, 4 Training Dates (only need to attend one of the below)

  • IN-PERSON: Friday, June 7th from 9:00am - 10:00am in the OCE Media Center
  • ONLINE: Monday, June 10th from 5:00pm - 6:00pm via Google Meet (meet.google.com/sij-etcf-ejg)

2. Then fill out THIS Testing Volunteer Verification Form.

3. Review and be familiar with the training presentation for EOG Volunteers.

Please note: You must have WCPSS volunteer clearance completed before you are able to volunteer.  You can complete the online clearance application and background check online at home using this link: https://myvolunteer.com/wcpss/volunteer/login

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Angela Johnson & Amy Chapman,
