FAQ from Kindergarten Social

We had a great turnout during our three sessions!
Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions that we received.

Q:  What is the structure for the meet the teacher event?

A:   This is a free flowing event with no formal presentations.

Q:  Can parents bring general supplies to Meet the Teacher?

A:  Yes that is fine!

Q:  Are breakfast and lunch free for all students?

A:  Yes!  All year, both will be free for ALL students.

Q:  What are the school hours?

A:  Students can enter the school building at 8:45AM and the bell rings to begin the instructional day at 9:15AM.  School dismisses at 3:45PM.

Q:  Will parents be allowed to walk kindergarten students down to their class on the first day?

A:  Parents will be allowed to come to the front doors to the lobby area.  From that point, we will have staff members that will help walk students down.  With our full student body being in attendance that week, this will minimize the number of people in our building and will help keep our students safe.  Parents and their child will have an opportunity to visit the classroom together during our Meet the Teacher event.

Q:  When are masks required?

A:  Masks are required for ages 5 and up when inside the building or on district transportation.  Masks can be removed while actively eating/drinking and are optional outdoors.

Q:  How do I register for carpool or walkers?

A:  We have links for both forms at the top of our website.

Q:  Where can I find the supply list?

A:  Click Here

Q:  How do I find out my child's student ID number?

A:  You can call our front office and they will give it to you.
