2020-2021 School Year

Pre-registration for all grades begins October 15, 2019 - June 30, 2020.  This is an online registration through the Wake County Schools' system (www.wcpss.net).  If you have a rising kindergarten student, he/she must be 5 years old by August 31, 2020.  You must pre-register for your base school.   Once the online registration has been completed, you will be notified by the school data manager to schedule an appointment to complete the registration.  Sycamore Creek is a "capped" school as of October, 2017.  If we are your base, you will be notified the first week of April, 2020 if you have a seat here for your student.  Our overflow school is Pleasant Grove Elementary.

We are in the process of scheduling our school tours that will run November 2019 - February 2020.  As soon as we have those dates scheduled, we will post them on our website.  We request that these tours are "Adults Only."
 

Apply to a Magnet and/or Year-Round School for 2020-21 (Oct. 26-Jan. 30)

The magnet and year-round application period will begin Oct. 26, 2019 and end Jan. 30, 2020. Applications are not first-come, first-served. Families will be notified on Feb. 19, 2020 if they received a seat at an application school. Find out more about the application process.
