Tuesday, January 14th

• Second Period Exams: 7:25 – 11:25

Wednesday, January 15th

• Third Period Exams: 7:25 – 11:25

Thursday, January 16th

• Fourth Period Exams: 7:25 – 11:25

Friday, January 17th

• Make Up Exams: Starting at 7:25am

This schedule is subject to change

• All final exams (with the exception of

Biology) will count as 20% of the overall

course grade


Senior Exemptions

• Students must have a projected final grade

of B (80%) or higher.

• Students must have 10 or fewer absences in

the course.

• Students cannot be exempted from courses

with state testing requirements (EOC and

CTE post assessments)

Exam Information

• All teacher-made exams will be administered

during the corresponding class period.

Teachers DO have the option of submitting a

request for a class project to act as their

exam.


• All State-standardized exams (EOC and CTE)

will be administered on campus during the

corresponding class period.


• State exams will be administered using

WCPSS-issued Chromebooks. Students

should bring them CHARGED and UPDATED

to their exam. Students that do not have a

Chromebook should request one from the

Media Center as soon as possible.


• Students taking exams must be on time for

each exam AND stay for the entire exam.

Students MAY NOT check out during an

Exam.


• Students will take exams in their typical

classroom unless otherwise specified by the

classroom teacher.


• Students who are absent should reach out to

their teacher to arrange a make-up exam.

For state exams the test coordinator will

schedule the make-up exam.

NOTE: CTE classes not listed here have an alternate

final exam (e.g. Credential, PBM, etc.). 

If that exam is not passed, a final exam is required.
