Guest Applications are due May 6, 2022, to the front office. All forms must be submitted to pick up tickets. Ticket pick-ups will be during lunch from May 9 to May 13. Tickets may be purchased at tinyurl.com/adhspay/ or in-person with CASH ONLY during ticket pick-up.
