On Friday, February 3rd, Wakefield Middle School Athletic Boosters will be hosting a School Dance for grades 6 - 8 . Students will have an opportunity to purchase tickets during lunch the week of January 23rd - January 26th only. Tickets cannot be bought at the door. This permission form must be completed prior to ticket purchase. Any student that has an ISS or OSS between 1/9/23 and the dance, will NOT be permitted to attend.
