Dear Trojan Family,

As we begin a new week at EGMMS, we want to take a moment to thank you all for your continued support. Last week was filled with meaningful learning, student engagement, and community connections that reflect the strength of our school family. As we step into this new week, we are excited to keep building on that momentum. Let’s continue working together to ensure every student is focused, prepared, and ready to grow. We look forward to another great week ahead!

Awards Day invitations for students receiving awards on April 23rd went home on Thursday. Due to limited space, the ceremony is for students receiving awards only.

On Thursday, April 17th we hosted our Met Gala. Thank you Trojan families for your support. The evening would not have been as successful without your attendance and continued dedication in supporting our students.

Additionally, students will receive the Panorama Survey paper copy within the next two weeks. The purpose of the survey is to support our school in creating and strengthening partnerships with families and to strengthen family engagement to support strong student academic and social outcomes for students. Please complete and have your student return it to their homeroom teacher as soon as possible. You will be surveyed on the following topics: Barriers to Engagement, Family Engagement, School Climate, and Background Questions. The survey has 25 questions and will take approximately 8 minutes to complete. The deadline for returning surveys is May 16.

We have seen an increase in student behavior. Please remind your student that physical aggression will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any incidents will be addressed seriously and may result in disciplinary action.

Let’s work together to ensure a safe, respectful, and focused environment as we finish the school year strong!

Warm regards,
Sharon Fennell
