Good afternoon East Garner Magnet Middle School Families, this is Jimmy Sposato, the proud principal of the Trojans with your weekly update. Monday is an A day for electives. We have an Early Release on Wednesday the 21st. School will dismiss at 1:00pm. Winter Break starts Thursday, December 22 and runs through January 2. Staff will be unavailable to respond to emails/Talking Points beginning the afternoon of December 21 and continuing over the break.
PTSA UPDATE: Holiday Faculty/Staff Luncheon WE NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE! The PTSA will be hosting a Holiday Luncheon on Tuesday, December 20th from 10:30-1:00 pm for the teachers and staff on their last day of school before the holiday break. We are asking for volunteers to sign up to drop off a donation (main dish, side dish, drink or dessert) on Tuesday morning before 10:00 am. We will also need volunteers to help set up, serve and clean-up during the event. We greatly appreciate your support and giving spirit during the holiday season and throughout the year. Buenas tardes familias de la escuela intermedia East Garner Magnet, les habla Jimmy Sposato, el orgulloso director de Trojans con su actualización semanal. El lunes es un día A para las electivas. Tenemos salida anticipada el miércoles 21. La escuela saldrá a la 1:00 pm. Las vacaciones de invierno comienzan el jueves 22 de diciembre y terminan el 2 de enero. El personal no estará disponible para responder correos electrónicos/puntos de conversación a partir de la tarde del 21 de diciembre y durante las vacaciones. ACTUALIZACIÓN DE PTSA : Almuerzo de la facultad/personal ¡NECESITAMOS SU AYUDA, POR FAVOR! La PTSA organizará un almuerzo festivo el martes 20 de diciembre de 10:30 a 1:00 p. m. para los maestros y el personal en su último día de clases antes de las vacaciones. Estamos pidiendo voluntarios para que se registren para dejar una donación (plato principal, guarnición, bebida o postre) el martes por la mañana antes de las 10:00 am. También necesitaremos voluntarios para ayudar a organizar, servir y limpiar durante el evento.
