Important: Grading Guidelines

Families will be able to access their child's final grades in PowerSchool by the end of the day today.  WCPSS will not be mailing report cards home this year. If you are unable to utilize PowerSchool, you can request a copy (by email or phone call) of the report card to be mailed home.

I do want to take a moment to acknowledge the turmoil our community is experiencing. Often schools stand safely silent on the sideline as injustice swirls around us. I want you to know that I am personally shaken by the recent murder of George Floyd and the accumulated injustices suffered by people of color. East Garner MS must be a place of action when it comes to racial injustice and equity. We want our community to know that at East Garner Middle  Black Lives Matter. We are committed to examine our attitudes, and practices to expose and excise bias and racism where it exists. We are making plans to invite our community into this intentional work so all voices are heard.

Thank you for your support!

Be safe. I miss you all!

EAST SIDE!

Jimmy Sposato, Principal
