Congratulations on a successful 3rd Quarter! I know your students are all as ready as we are for Spring Break! Students will now be off of school until April 10th, and please note that the Middle Creek office will be open tomorrow 7:00-3:00, but will be closed April 3rd-7th.

Support MCHS Leaders as we raise money for accessible park equipment!

Our MCHS Chick Fil A Leader Academy has set a goal to raise 50K to purchase and install inclusive and accessible equipment for the Middle Creek Park area. In an effort to raise these funds, our students will be hosting a Vacation Getaway Silent Auction and fundraising nights at local restaurants. Would you consider supporting this project by dining out at City BBQ of Cary on March 31st OR by donating a stay at your vacation property to the silent auction? Spring Spirit Week:

In April, our Student Government is sponsoring a Spring Spirit week! Below is a flyer with the dates and themes! Please encourage your student to participate.

Junior and Senior Due Reminder - Junior and Senior dues can be paid now, if they have not already been paid.  Ms. Healy at the front desk is able to support any questions.  Junior and Senior dues are used for Prom and senior celebrations/activities.  They are $40 each year.

 

Seniors:

Senior Parent Meeting -

A parent meeting will be held on April 24th at 6pm Virtually (this is moved from the original date of 4/20) for all Senior parents/students.  This meeting will address graduation information, final transcripts, senior awards and end of year celebrations.  A link will be posted Monday, April 24th on the MCHS website for you to access.  This meeting will review very important information, so please plan to attend.

ATTENTION SENIOR STUDENT ATHLETES:

The MCHS Stampede Club awards scholarships to senior athletes who have shown leadership and achievement in the classroom, on their team and within their community in high school and beyond.  There will be ten $1,000 scholarships awarded to MCHS senior athletes.  Scholarship applications will be DUE to the Athletic Director, Chris Eason by April 28, 2023. Senior Slideshow - One LAST Call

This year we will be creating a senior slideshow with pictures submitted by Seniors and their families.  We are asking all seniors to complete the form linked below sharing 3 pictures (per senior) that represent them and their time in school or at MCHS or growing up.  These pictures must be school appropriate, as the slide show will be created and shared with seniors as part of a celebration activity towards the end of the year.  If you have questions, please contact lmegronigle@wcpss.net.
