Principal's Weekly Message
Good evening Middle Creek High School families,
Week 2 was great! Thank you to all our families who joined us last night for our Meet the Teacher event. We hope it was a helpful and positive experience and we enjoyed having you all on-campus.
Below are some reminders and information that I hope are helpful.
Information & Reminders:
Support our MCHS Band– Volunteers Needed
MCHS Band is in need of student and adult volunteers for our 7th Annual Mustang Classic marching band competition on Sat 10/1/2022. We'll be hosting 17 bands from around NC and VA. This is a perfect opportunity for students to earn any required service/volunteer hours they may need, and to get into the show to see a few bands for free!
Order a Yearbook!
We are now taking orders for yearbooks! Please go to www.yearbookordercenter.com and enter the code 10474. After entering the code, you will find links for purchasing yearbooks and Senior Ads. Please note these ads are for seniors only.
Yearbook orders will be open until February 1, 2023. Senior ads may be purchased until December 1, 2022. Get yours while supplies last!
If your student is sick, or has an appointment, you may send a note and any pertinent documentation to our attendance staff at: firstname.lastname@example.org. They will make sure the necessary changes are made in powerschool. Thank you for helping us keep accurate records!

Seniors and their parents/guardians are invited to join us on September 22 at 6:00 pm for an informative meeting about all things Senior year! We will have information on cap and gown ordering, photo opportunities, graduation updates, college application info, and a presentation from our Financial Aid Advisor, Ms. Tori Sharpe. We look forward to seeing you there!
Annual 12th grade Vaccine Notice:
Attention: Parents of Rising High School Seniors- Your teen needs another vaccine! North Carolina law requires another dose of the Meningococcal vaccine for entry into 12th grade and we have over 200 Seniors who still have not turned in this documentation!
You may provide a copy of your record of immunization to Ms. Berry, Data Manager via email email@example.com, or by dropping it off in the Main Office between 7:00-2:00 pm. NC General Statute requires the immunization records with the required second dose be presented by the first day of school.
