Ticket to Play for Spring Sports

“TICKET TO PLAY” General Information

NO TICKET= NO TRYOUT

Beginning with spring sports in 2016, all Middle Creek High School students trying out for any sport must complete the “Ticket to Play” process prior to the tryout. This process is in place for students to submit all required paperwork to the Athletic Department before the season begins.. Students will receive a “Ticket” once all of the required paperwork has been submitted. The “Ticket to Play” process will also include the Athletic Department staff performing a preliminary eligibility check. Those students that are not eligible will not receive a “Ticket” and will not be allowed to tryout.

“Ticket to Play” sessions will be on the following dates in the MCHS commons area:

2/1/16 Baseball & Softball (ALL 3 LUNCHES)

2/2/16 Men’s Lacrosse & Women’s Lacrosse (ALL 3 LUNCHES)

2/3/16 Golf, Soccer, Stunt, Tennis (ALL 3 LUNCHES)

2/4/16 Track (ALL 3 LUNCHES)

2/10/16 Anyone missing their sport’s day or anyone with incomplete information on their initial day  (AFTER SCHOOL from 2:30-4:00pm)

In order to be approved to tryout for a team, students must have a completed Athletic Participation Form on file with MCHS or they must bring the completed forms when they come to get their  “Ticket to Play”.The Athletic Participation Form can be found here: http://www.wakecountyathletics.com/page/show/1935992-middle-creek-participation-forms

After the “Ticket” has been issued, the student will need to give the “Ticket” to the head varsity coach of the sport they want to tryout for at Middle Creek when they go to the tryout.
