Broughton Magnet High School will offer the PSAT/NMSQT on October 10, 2024.

The PSAT/NBSQT is a standardized, multiple-choice test that includes three sections: critical reading, mathematics and writing. The test provides practice for the SAT and offers insight for advising and counseling students. Although the PSAT is written for students in the Junior class, any student may sign up.

Students must register by Friday, October 4th to be allowed to take the PSAT. There is an administration fee of $15.30. The district will pay the PSAT/NMSQT exam fee for current 11th grade students who have a GPA at or higher than 4.367.  If your student qualified for the distric to pay their registration, you received a separate message.

Once you have paid you will be automatically registered through our testing office. You should also be sent a receipt. Please keep this receipt just in case any issues arise. Please contact Karen Sahagun, ksahagun@wcpss.net with any questions you might have.
