Kids Heart Challenge at Green

Students at Green are participating in The Kids Heart Challenge.  All students attended a kickoff celebration on Tuesday in the gym.  We are excited to partner up with this great association and to help kids with special hearts.

The Kids Heart Challenge (KHC) is a nationwide program encouraging students to raise funds for the American Heart Association (AHA). This money will go towards helping kids with special hearts and making all communities healthier. Please be on the lookout for the fundraising envelope that was given to every student. All the information you and your child need to know to raise money for the AHA is on the envelope and the attached letter on yellow paper. Please consider helping your child raise funds by asking friends and family members to donate. The best way to do this, for everyone, is to help your child set up a fundraising page to fundraise online. If checks are written, please make sure they are made out to the American Heart Association. Kids can also earn Thank You gifts while raising money. The Kids Heart Challenge fundraiser ends on Friday, 2/21.

Thank you very much.
