Week of September 20, 2021

Dear Explorer Families,

Week 9 is going to be #EPIC!  This is our last week of school before Track Out begins and it’s SPIRIT Week!!

Spirit Week is tradition at EGES.  We celebrate our hard work of the quarter with daily small actions.  Here is our plan for this week:

Spirit Week

Upcoming Important Dates

9/24:  Quarter 1 Report Cards Sent Home & Coffee and Conversation:  RSVP here

9/27-28:  Teacher Work Days:  No School for Students & Parent Conferences

October 5:  Track Back into School Day

Bus Transportation & Notification:  Change is coming!

Yellow Transportation is getting better.  It’s not perfect but most buses are departing campus by 4:30.  We received many requests to NOT post bus departures in TalkingPoints, as not all students use yellow school bus transportation.  This will be our last week using TalkingPoints for bus departures.  We will continue to post buses on Twitter.  This allows for instant updates for bus arrivals on campus and departures.  The Twitter handles are @eastgarnerES and @eastgarnerESbus.
