5/14/2020 Report Cards, Yearbooks, & School Pictures

Report Cards will be Emailed

Explorers,
I wanted to update you, in addition, the district messages that went out yesterday.

Report cards will be emailed to all students who have an email address listed in PowerSchool. Emails went out beginning at 12 noon today. Intervention plans and IEP progress reports will be included in the email from teachers.

Please take a few minutes to review the report cards and supporting documents, if applicable. Remember, that no 4th quarter grades will be given, only feedback about the student's progress over the school year prior to the COVID-19 school closure. For parents, who wish to schedule a conference with their child's teacher, please respond back to the teacher by May 20th.

For parents without an email address in Powerschools, your report card will be mailed tomorrow. We will use the address we have in Powerschool. The intervention plan and IEP document will also be included with the report card if applicable.

Yearbooks: Yearbooks are not here yet. Ms. Shipman has a list of all students who paid for a yearbook and they will be distributed when they arrive.

Pictures: Pictures are packed with student belongings. You will receive these beginning tomorrow from 9:00-3:00 a.m.

Questions? Please call the school at 919-773-7411. Thank you, Mrs. Graf
