April 24, 2020
Happy Friday! I hope that you are keeping yourselves healthy and happy. It’s a beautiful day today and I hope that you are getting outside in between your remote learning work times to enjoy the weather. :)
Celebrations: I want to take a moment and celebrate the teaching and learning that is happening in our school community. Teachers are logging in and teaching their hearts out! Students are logging in and learning from home, in their yard, in their rooms, etc. We are making it happen and trying to stay connected as much as possible during this unprecedented time!
Remember, if you have a Chromebook you should be logging in and attempting assignments. If you need help, please reach out right away to your teacher. He or she will support you as much as needed!
Parents, please be sure to check the news media today and the WCPSS Twitter or websites for updates regarding school closure/opening dates. Our Governor will be making an announcement today at 2 p.m. Our school website will be updated as soon as possible with any new changes regarding the opening of school.
We are preparing for the new school year even in the midst of COVID-19! It’s time to register your child for the 2020-2021 school year!
