Academics: Want to know what's happening with your child in school. Call our guidance department at 919-856-2800 x 24982 , and schedule a conference with you child's team of teachers. Graduating Seniors 2020- Senior Dues must be paid by May 1, 2020, to ensure that you receive graudation tickets and are able to participate in the Senior Cookout. They are $35 until November 26 and will go up to $50 after November 26. Pay Ms. K. Sutton in Room 510 during 1st lunch or immediately after school. . Cash, money order, or cashier's check preferred. Credit cards and other forms of electronic payments are not accepted.
Performing Arts: Join us for our first drama performance of the year; Metamorphoses. Opening night is Friday November 15th at 7pm with two shows following on Saturday November 16th at 2pm and 7pm. Tickets on Sale now. Visit, SRMHS theatre for more details. https://www.srmhstheatre.com/home
Family, College Support (presented in Spanish and English): Families, are you ready to find out more about College options for your children? Then join us for our Bulldog U: College Edition on Wednesday, November 20th from 5:30-7pm as the College Foundation of North Carolina presents: Connecting your child to college and beyond. Presentation will be offered in both Spanish and English, and Academic activities provided for children ages 4-13. Refreshments and registration from 5:30-6:00pm. Magnet News: Please join us for our Magnet Theme Showcase on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019 at 6:30 pm. The event will begin in the auditorium with student leaders and a message from the principal, Dr. Smith. Families will visit the Great Hall to learn about our unique magnet theme of University Connections: School of Design, Arts & Engineering. Student leaders will be available for building tours. Fundraising: Support PTSA as they support our school in our first fundraiser of the year, our "No fuss" fundraiser. There is nothing for you to sale, only giving. No amount is too big or too small. Attention 10th grade Bulldogs! NCSU JB Hunt Library is hosting a unique Tour and providing hands-on activities utilizing their 8 interacting collaborative spaces on Friday, November 22nd. Please stop by Student Services to pick up permission forms to attend! The deadline is Friday, November 1st to submit your completed permission forms to Ms. Manning in Student Services. Due to limited seating please submit your permission forms as soon as possible to secure your spot. Attention IT/Engineering Academy and 9th and 10th Grade Students interested in Engineering and Design.NCSU is hosting its Engineering & Design Day on Tuesday,November 26th at the Jane S. McKimmon Center. Please stop by Student Services to pick up permission forms to attend. Due to the limited seating the first 50 completed permissions submitted to Ms. Manning by the Thursday, October 31st deadline will have the opportunity to attend; so, do not delay! UBISOFT(Morrisville location) is now recruiting for their upcoming Winter Internship period; the deadline is Monday, December 16th to submit the online application and upload required documents.
