That’s why the Ligon PTA is excited to announce a partnership with a company called "Carpool.School", founded by an Enloe parent. (If you have an Enloe student, you can register for Enloe carpooling too.) to make it easier for families to form carpools to get students to and from school.

Carpool.School has created a website and mobile app to help families facilitate carpool arrangements before and after school, as well as for after school activities.

Sounds great!  How does it work?

• To access the website, visit:Carpool.School/signup. You can also download the app on the Apple Store or Google Play.

• There is a guide, as well as a video tutorial, on how to use the system.

• The Ligon school code is: LittleBluesCP2425 (case sensitive)

• Notify other families in your area via Carpool.School that you are interested in exploring carpooling options (remember that you are still responsible for vetting other families/drivers with whom you decide to carpool) 

• Get ready to SAVE TIME AND GAS $$ (and reduce your carbon footprint) by sharing the drive! 

Anything else I should know?

• Sharing of personal information via Carpool.School is limited. Contact between potential carpool partners occurs through the app.  For privacy, do not enter your home address in the system. Enter the address of a public location in the vicinity of where you would like to have your child picked up/dropped off.  

• As this is a brand new system for us, it may take a few weeks for families to enter their information so we ask that you bare with us.

• If you encounter any technical issues, Carpool.School is very responsive and can be contacted via support@carpool.school or at (754) 666-POOL.
