The front door now has an Aiphone (buzzer system) to assist with an initial screening of all possible entries of visitors into the building. We ask that parents, volunteers, and the community are patient as we all adjust to the new procedures for visitors to be screened prior to entry. Although we know many of your faces, the same procedures will be followed for everyone. After being greeted to ZMS you will be asked to provide your full name, the purpose of your visit, and to show a form of identification on camera. Upon entry all visitors will go directly to the main office, show a form of identification to the receptionist and utilize the Indentakid system located on the laptop. When exiting campus, the visitor will need to utilize the Identakid system to log out. We appreciate your patience and flexibility while we continue to provide a safe and caring environment.
As the weather begins to change, we would like for you and our students to review the dress code policy. The policy is detailed on pages 9 and 10 of the student agendas. Please click here for the link: https://www.wcpss.net/domain/3577
This is just a reminder regarding carpool. Please drop off students prior to 8:15 am in carpool located at the back of the school. After 8:15am students are considered tardy and should be checked in at the main office with a parent. All check-outs should conclude before 2:30pm.
