This is Principal Nealy with our Wakelon Weekly Updates!  

Panorama Family Survey: We are sending home a paper copy of the Panorama Family Survey with your child this weekend. Please return this survey to your child's homeroom teacher by Friday, May 2. Help us make your child’s school experience as positive and beneficial as possible by giving honest, thoughtful responses to the questions in our family survey. If you would like to take the survey online, please access it at: http://surveys.panoramaed.com/wakecounty/family We are trying to beat our Spring 2024 record of 272 surveys and currently have 18 surveys.  Help us achieve this goal!

EOG Updates: Parents, you will receive a letter with important information regarding the upcoming End-of-Grade (EOG) assessments. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review it. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact our testing coordinators.

Family Survey: We care about families at Wakelon.  Please make time to complete this 2 minute survey to share your experiences.  

Art to Remember orders have arrived!  If you placed an order and had it shipped to school, it will be distributed soon.  (Mrs. Tolentino is waiting on a correct packing slip before distributing orders.) Did you forget to place an order?  It's not too late...the late order deadline is MAY 5th!  These make great gifts for grandparents and other friends and family. If you ordered a quilt square for our school wide art display, you can have your child bring in it to school to give to Mrs. Tolentino.  Thank you so much for supporting our school and art department!

Counselor Referral Form - Parent Referral: If your child or your family is experiencing a life-changing event or challenge- It might be helpful for your child to speak with a school counselor. If you have a concern that you would like the counselor to discuss with your child, please fill out the Parent Referral Form. When filling out the form, please include as much relevant detail about your concerns and the situation as possible. This helps our school counselors have a better understanding of the circumstances and will help inform their strategies and guidance in order to help your child
