Single Subject Acceleration (SSA) is an acceleration opportunity provided for enrolled and attending Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) students in grades K-8. Students who meet specific criteria in Mathematics or English Language Arts (ELA) have the opportunity to accelerate in one subject area.
