In late September, more than two-thirds (about 34,000) of the approximately 50,000 high scorers on the PSAT/NMSQT received Letters of Commendation in recognition of their outstanding academic promise.  This year, Holly Springs High School had the following commended students: Alyana Cajigal, Duncan Willson, and Anna Woffinden (from top to bottom on left side of photo).

At the same time, more than 16,000 students, or approximately one-third of the 50,000 high scorers, are notified that they have qualified as Semifinalists. Semifinalists are the highest scoring entrants in each state. Holly Springs High School would like to congratulate the following student, Vladimir Pustynskiy (pictured on the right side) for his designation as a semifinalist for a National Merit Scholarship!
