Class of 2023 Seniors, 

Your senior year is fast coming to a close! We are so proud of your accomplishments at Holly Springs High School, and we look forward to your bright futures! Here are a few upcoming dates and details for you to be aware of this Spring:

Senior Assembly

Senior Assembly is a required informational assembly for all seniors during the school day. Seniors with a 1st block class are expected to attend their 1st block class. Seniors will receive information about the following events and review details specific to graduation. Graduation Name Readers will practice accurate pronunciation of names and cover many more details related to the end of the Class of 2023 senior year!

Senior Awards Ceremony

Senior Awards Ceremony is a celebration of seniors who have received Departmental Awards and seniors who have received a scholarship for which the scholarship organization chooses to present the scholarship in person at our awards ceremony. Seniors receiving an award at this event will receive a special invitation.

Senior Picnic

All HSHS seniors are invited to attend the Senior Picnic to celebrate the end of their high school career and senior year with classmates! Games and food will be provided.

AP Capstone Recognition Ceremony

The AP Capstone Recognition Ceremony is an event to recognize those students who have completed the requirements of the AP Capstone. Students will receive a special invitation to this event if they have met the AP Capstone requirements. AP teachers will be present at this event to recognize this special group of students. Students will receive their AP Capstone stoles during this ceremony that may be worn at graduation.

Honors Graduate Recognition Ceremony

The Honors Graduate Recognition Ceremony is an event to recognize those students who have earned Honors Graduate status (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude). Students will receive a special invitation if they are an Honors Graduate based on the gpa requirements. Students will receive their Honors Graduate stoles during this ceremony that may be worn at graduation.

Graduation

Graduation is the culmination of your high school career and we can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you!! Each Graduate will receive 10 tickets to share with friends and family for entrance into the ceremony.
