WFHS School Closing Procedures

 

Good morning,


This is Patti Hamler, Principal of Wake Forest High School.

Students will be able to close out the school year by retrieving and returning items on Thursday, May 28th and Friday, May 29th. This is the final entry in the building for the school year.

May 28th     9th and 10th Graders – 8 a.m. – 12p.m        11th and 12th Graders – 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

May 29th   11th and 12th Graders – 8 a.m. – 12p.m.         9th and 10th Graders – 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Anyone entering the building is required to wear a mask.  Please label your items.

Personal Belongings/Chromebooks/Books/Lockers: The entrance for this drop off will be in the front lobby area at the main entrance of Wake Forest High School. There will markers on the ground and dividers to maintain social distancing.

Theater Arts/Drama: The drop off/pick up area will be in the carpool line off Rock Springs Road. 

Athletics/Band Uniforms & Equipment: When dropping off items, there will be a drive thru procedure (you will remain in your car during this procedure) where you will enter beside the parking deck off of Rock Springs Road and will follow the traffic pattern under the senior parking deck to exit near the tennis courts on West Juniper Ave. Please put uniforms or any gear that belongs to WFHS in a plastic bag with your name in the bag.

Seniors can pay for fines and senior fees at this time.  Please report to the Media Center to pay balances. Seniors please return any library books, Chromebooks, or other material belonging to WFHS at this time.
