9-25-2018 Message from Principal Hamler

WAKE FOREST HIGH SCHOOL

School Phone Message

September 24, 2018

Hello, this is Patti Hamler, Principal of Wake Forest High School.

Meet the Teacher Night is tomorrow, September 25th from 6:00-7:30 PM. Parents please ask your student for their schedule.

WFHS has adopted Burgaw Elementary School in Pender County, as the majority of their students are displaced because of the hurricane. They have an immediate need for new in box children's shoes. Boxes can be dropped off tomorrow night in the front lobby. Your support of our effort is greatly appreciated.

Tickets are on sale now for our Fall Formal dance on Saturday, October 20th. The dance will be from 8-11 pm in the WFHS gym. Tickets can be purchased before school, during lunches, and after school in the Media Center until October 12th. The price is $15 this week but will go up to $20 next week for the remainder of the sale.

REMINDER: Parents are not allowed to follow the student route to school down Juniper St. and cut-off parents who are patiently waiting for carpool on Pine St. Nor are you allowed to drop-off students in this area. This is so disturbing that pictures are now being taken of those who refuse to follow procedures.

That’s all for today. See you tomorrow for Meet the Teacher! Go Cougars!
