Hello WFE Families,
In this email, please find the "abbreviated" school schedule for this week and information from our PTA::
- Tuesday, November 8th is Election Day; no school for students.
- Thursday, November 10th is an early release day. School will dismiss at 1:45. Please make sure your child’s teacher knows how he/she will go home.
- Friday, November 11th is Veteran’s Day. School is closed for everyone.
PTA Events:
- Papa John's Spirit night is coming up on Tuesday, November 8th.
- Campus Beautification Day is November 19th, 9am-11am. A flyer with more information will be inside your students Monday folder next week.

Hello WFiSMES Families,
November is a month of thanksgiving and the WFiSMES PTA is thankful for YOU, our students, staff, community, and paw-some WFiSMES families! This month, the PTA is trying something new....a thankFALL no fuss fundraiser! This fundraiser will run today (November 7) through November 30th!
Here's how it works:
No Fuss
There's nothing to sell, no laps to run, no pressure! Just signup to create a fundraising page for your child and share it with friends, family, and neighbors, and give/donate if you are able! Simply select one of the donation levels, or choose your own amount to give. All donations are tax-deductible!

Why We Are Doing This
Wake Forest iStem Magnet Elementary School PTA's mission is to support, engage, and advocate for our students, staff and our paw-some community! We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and accessible academic community through our programs, activities, and financial support.
Funds raised will support our PTA's budget, which covers the following (and more!):
- Family/Community Events
- Teacher Grants
- Specials/Extracurricular Activities Support
- Student Enrichment Programs
- Campus Beautification
- Student Celebrations

- Teacher and Staff Appreciation
