Apex ES Book Fair & Movie Night

On March 1, please join the AES community for Movie Night from 6-8pm! Additionally, our book fair will open that evening. Now showing:  The Super Mario Bro Movie (rated PG). All children must be accompanied by an adult to attend.

Walkers and Inclement Weather

If you are the parent or guardian of a student who walks to school, we want you to be prepared for the future possibility of rain or any other weather that could potentially impact students walking home. If the weather is not conducive to walking, please take the following steps:

  1. Call the front office to inform our receptionist, Ms. Andrade, that you will pick your child up via carpool.

  2. Join the carpool line with your carpool hang tag to pick up your child.

    1. If you currently do not have a tag, it is super easy to get one! Just stop into the front office anytime to receive two free carpool tags!

When the office receives this communication, we will ensure that your child and their teacher know about the afternoon dismissal change.
