• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency
• Parent ID
• Updated Immunization Information
• Emergency Contact Information

Families who have been assigned to our center are invited to come by during the time periods indicated to complete the registration process. Our team will be available to assist you with any questions and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
