If your student did not come home with a large yellow envelope with their report card and EOG scores. Please come by the front office between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM next week..

EOG Remediation and Retest Sessions
The readministration and remediation session for those students who qualify will be held on June 16th and 17th. Only the students who qualify and choose to participate will be invited to attend. Letters of invitation will be sent home with students. Please complete the Bitly form to indicate transportation. The schedule is as follows:
- June 16 - Reading Grade 6 and 7, Math Grade 8, Math 1
- June 17 - Math Grade 6 and 7, Reading Grade 8
- There are no retest sessions for Science 8 this year.
Rising 7th Graders - Immunization Reminder
For Rising 7th grade families ONLY: There will be a red note card stapled to your student’s report card if an action is needed for our records. Your student’s report card was inside the yellow envelope that every student received today.
EOG/EOC Scores
We filed the scores inside the yellow envelope that went home today. Kind reminder: WCPSS is switching from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus for their Student Information System Application. Your student’s records will be available in the PowerSchool portal until June 26.
Summer Food Assistance Program
This U.S. Department of Agriculture program provides a debit card worth $120 per eligible child that can be used to buy nutritious food during the summer months when schools are out. Most eligible students will be automatically enrolled in the program, but some will need to apply. Visit ncdhhs.gov/sunbucks to determine if you need to apply.
Volunteer Renewal
The volunteer renewal process opens July 1. If your family was approved for the 2024-25 school year, you will receive an email soon outlining the renewal process for the 2025-26 school year. The renewal window is July 1-October 31.
Seeking Sports Parents for 25-26 Athletic Booster
If you have a 7th grader returning to Reedy Creek athletics teams next year, or have a 6th grader enthusiastic about participating, please consider joining our Athletics Boosters now to help us transition. Boosters is now part of PTA, but we need dedicated sports parents to maintain concessions sales, team t-shirt orders, and team breakfasts and celebrations.
