End of School Message

We would like to take a moment to congratulate all students on a successful school year. It was wonderful to see so many students get recognized during the awards ceremonies! We did distribute report cards on Friday. If your student did not receive a report card, please stop by Moore Square between 9 and 11:30 Monday through Friday. You will need to use the entrance on the corner of Person and Martin Streets. Please ring the doorbell to let us know you are here.EOG scores will be mailed home in the next couple weeks. Students will only receive scores for Reading/English Language Arts and Science (8th grade only). Math scores will be delayed as the state is renorming the math test causing a delay in the school receiving scores.

Attention Riding 7th Grade Parents!

North Carolina law now requires Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines for entry into 7th grade.  Please make sure that your child gets these vaccines before they start 7th grade.  While you are at the doctor, please get a copy of your child's shot record to bring back to school for their records.  If your child does not have a health care provider, call a Wake County Human Services location.  There are phone numbers and locations via our Moore Square website. Just click on the link for 7th grade vaccinations.

To all of our rising high school students, enjoy the summer and be ready to be awesome in high school. We know you are bound for amazing things and cannot wait to hear about all the wonderful things you do!

To our rising 7th and 8th grade students, enjoy the summer and we will see you on July 25th!
