Happy Friday, Moore Square families.
Our students enjoyed some awesome opportunities this week. A group of students were able to go to the Microsoft store and learn how to use Sway to create presentations. Another group of students applied and were accepted as Peer Mediators and were able to spend two days with the Campbell Law Restorative Justice staff learning how to be peer mediators.

It’s not too
early to mark your calendars for our November 1st Friday on November

All students
received fall pictures this week. Students who purchased pictures received
their orders. All other students received proofs. Order information is in the
picture proof packets. Make-ups and retakes will be on October 17th.
Any student
who has completed Math 1 is eligible to take the PSAT. The deadline to sign up
for the PSAT is September 21, 2017. Please email me at mmondora@wcpss.net if you are interested
in taking the PSAT. The cost for the test is $16. Moore Square will serve as
the testing site for any Moore Square student taking the PSAT.
I hope
everyone has a wonderful, long weekend and we will see you on Tuesday.
