Tuesdays throughout the School Year - Parent Roundtables
Parents are welcome to an open forum to discuss common questions, concerns, and conversations around being a parent of a high schooler. These will be held at 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the following Tuesdays: December 10, January 14, March 3, and April 21.
Friday, November 15, from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Auditorium: Fine Arts Market Extravaganza
Come join the GLHS community to celebrate the fine arts at the upcoming Market Extravaganza on November 15 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to shop for the holidays, mingle in a coffee house setting and participate in a Silent Auction of donated artwork. Throughout the evening, students will also showcase their musical, visual arts and dance talents.
GLHS Service Projects
Green Gator Service Club (Now through November 21)
The Green Gator Service Club has partnered up with Urban Ministries to host a Fall Food Drive. Part of the Urban Ministries' mission is to connect with the community to fight poverty by offering food to neighbors in need. Green Level staff and students strive to be a part of that community. Please support this worthy cause by sending in canned goods and non-perishable food.
PB&J Fundraiser (Now through November 26)

Clothing Drive (Now through November 26)
In preparation for the upcoming winter months, the Green Level Marching Band will be sponsoring a clothing drive from November 12-26. Collections of clothing items will go to homeless shelters around our community and to students who financially cannot obtain warm clothes. We welcome donations of any new or gently used clothing articles. Please drop the clothing into bins in the front of the school and in front of the library on the second floor through November 26. These bins will be cleared out every Friday. We are hoping that with your donations we will be able to give warm clothes to those who need it.
Book Drive for the Holidays (December 2 to 16)
The Green Gator Service Club is partnering with the Book Harvest in Durham to raise a collection of donated books that will provide free books to children in need. We will have book bins set up in the front lobby of the school in December.
