This is Matt Wight with the latest news and updates from AFHS and WCPSS.
**UPDATED 12/10/20** Fall Semester Final Exam Information
As of now, ALL students will be required to take in-person exams for all state-mandated exams (ELA II, Biology, Math I, Math III, and CTE post-assessments)

Junior/Senior Parking Registration SPRING 2021
Second semester parking pass registration is open for each junior and senior cohort. If you are interested in securing a spot, register now. WCPSS has waived the parking fee for the spring of 2021. Parking passes will be required to park in the student lot. AFHS will require a completed registration.

New Procedures for 2021-22 School Assignment Strips
Next year’s assignments are now available in PowerSchool. HIgh School students will not receive a hard copy of the assignment strip this year. Families are able to sign into their PowerSchool account and access this information. For questions contact the AFHS Data Manager, Ms. Elliot @ Kelliot2@wcpss.net

Newcomers Group at AFHS
Are you new to the area? Please fill out this interest survey regarding developing a newcomers group for the spring semester. This group would meet virtually. LINK
**LAST CHANCE** AFHS Building Tour for all NEW TO AFHS students
Are you a current freshman or new to AFHS? This is your last chance to join us for a tour of the building before the second semester begins. December dates available. Registration is required.

Undergraduate Picture Make-Up Day
9th-11th grade AFHS students will have a make-up date with LifeTouch on February 3rd. Details to come.
