Survey on Social Media Communication from Sycamore Creek

As we plan ahead for the 2025-2026 school year, we want to collect SCES parent input on the social media platforms that are most important to you.  We love to highlight special events and celebrations happening at Sycamore Creek as well as important reminders for all families, but we need to make decisions about the social media platforms we will use in the new year.

Student Croc Chats

During these three weeks that all tracks have been together, each grade level was able to meet  with administrators to continue our school wide focus on ways to elevate our game.  We were able to celebrate students with Perfect Attendance as well as all of the students that have earned Level Up time with the admin team. We are so proud of the amazing Crocs!  In addition, we kicked off a “Ripple Effect” Challenge where every grade level is competing to recognize the most acts of kindness at Sycamore.

Super Crocs Day Volunteers Needed!

The sign-up is now open for Super Crocs Day volunteers for Tracks 1 and 3!   On Friday, April 11th, we will have our jam-packed day of fun stations and activities – but this day is not possible without the help of wonderful parent volunteers!  Click here to sign-up!

New this year!!

  • More balanced AM & PM volunteer shifts!
  • A rotation schedule so you can volunteer at stations at times your child will be there!
  • Two lunch/snack blocks, instead of one, to allow students to fuel up and recharge!

All volunteers must be approved by WCPSS.  This process is quick and free of charge.  If you are not an approved volunteer, please click here to start the process.

If you have any questions at all, please contact Mrs. Liberti at kliberti@wcpss.net.  Thank you so much for your support!!

Staff Celebration

This week is School Social Worker Appreciation Week. We just wanted to express our appreciation for our social worker, Mykeia Smith, and all the ways she supports families and staff in the Sycamore Creek community.  We thank her for all the counseling, information, education, problem-solving, and overall help within our SCES community.
